Cut Test Selection

The "Simple: Cut Test Without Entity Financial Costs" and "Burdended: Cut Tests With Entity Financial Costs" sections below enable you to conduct cut tests that either exclude entity costs, such as overhead, supply, labor, etc., or include them.

Excluding entity cost results in gross profits and margins (a Simple Cut Test), while including them results in net profits and margins (a Burdened Cut Test).

To begin your cut test, choose whether you will exclude or include entity costs. Next, identify the option in the section that best fits your situation, and then click the "Start Option...Cut Test" link for that option.
